I am lovin’ Craigslist

Craigslist certainly has had it’s fairshare of bad press, but it has also been a really good tool for us REALTORS and Property Managers.  I got an e-mail this morning from a guy who has been transferred to Springfield who found one of our listings on Craigslist.  Within an hour of receiving the e-mail, I shoot back a reply and before you know it I have a 12 noon showing scheduled for 3 of our rental properties.  I will get these properties rented if it kills me.  Thank God for the help from Craigslist.
